Hey friend!

I am Vanessa Louise and I am on a mission to help women experience transformation physically, mentally, and spiritually. I guide them in learning how to boss their thoughts through being rooted in the word of God.

I experienced a complete personal transformation that changed the direction of my life. Looking back, I realize God had given me a blueprint and knew this was the total solution for so many women like myself.

I began by reclaiming my health. I lost 50 pounds in just over four months. Reconnecting to my body dramatically improved my mental health which in turn, deepened my personal relationship with Jesus.

I found my authentic self and started using my voice to guide other women on the same journey. My desire is to be a transformation warrior for you!
